Meet the Owner of Kajun’soul Meals on Wheels. My name is Gilyia Baxter. I was born in a small city outside of New Orleans, Louisiana call Davant. A small city primarily known for its rich culture in family. It was there where I developed a love for good food, cooking, and enjoying the simple life with family and friends that are just like family.

Kajun’soul Meals On Wheels started as a catering business. Years later I decided to put it on wheels in order to offer up that delicious taste to more people. Kajun’soul specializes in Cajun and soul cuisines. My specialties are my rice dishes, gumbo, and my delicious Étouffées.
